�? EUC Engineer �?

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated EUC Engineer to join our client, a leading financial services organisation. As an EUC Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional 1st and 2nd level support for IT to ensure smooth operations for our client's staff, contractors, and partners. Paying up to £40,000 per annum.

?? Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the "front of house" representative, coordinating with the IT team and third-party suppliers to deliver end-to-end service to our client's users.
  • Provide first-line support across all IT services, managing service requests, incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping users informed about the progress of their requests.
  • Administer and support end-user computing devices such as desktops, laptops, smartphones, and printers.
  • Offer technical advice on applications, including Microsoft Office 365, antivirus software, and other client applications.
  • Support telephony systems, meeting room AV technology, and room booking systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the end-user computing estate, adhering to company policies.

?? Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Desktop operating systems.
  • Proficiency in maintaining hardware devices like laptops, desktops, printers, and smartphones.
  • Knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and endpoint security.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD for user administration and security group allocation.
  • Exposure to application deployment using SCCM.
  • ITIL Foundation level qualification (or working towards) with a demonstrated track record in ITIL Service Management processes.
  • Experience supporting remote workers and VPN connectivity.

??Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in supporting Audio Visual equipment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft InTune for application deployment.
  • Familiarity with telephony and IVR administration and support.
  • Understanding of application packaging via SCCM.

?? This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 12 months.
