Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor VDA for Prestige Bodyshop - PPM Recruitment : Job Details

Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA/Estimator) - Leading Bodyshop, £35,000 to £55,000 per annum + bonus , negotiable dependant on experience and skill level.

Full Time. ATA or NVQ Qualified desirable but not essential. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role essential using Audatex.

Our client Sandown Coachworks , is one of the South East's leading accident repair centres based on the Middlesex & Greater London borders in Feltham / Hanworth.

They are currently actively recruiting for an Vehicle Damage Assessor for their always expanding group of bodyshops.

Required Skills:

• Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs and parts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Handle customer handovers efficiently and accurately.
• Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with NVQ standards and ensure quality control throughout the assessment process.
• Close attention to detail.

Bodyshop is BS10125 certified and manufacturer approved with Ford, Nissan, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Vauxhall, Chrysler, Peugeot, Citroen, Hyundai and Suzuki.
