Estimator – Construction & Refurbishment Projects Location - Northampton Salary - £45,000 – £50,000 DOEHours - 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday  Are you a sharp, detail-driven Estimator ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a leading Midlands-based construction firm on the hunt for an experienced professional to join their team – someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys the challenge of working across a diverse portfolio of UK-wide projects.With a primary focus on sites near Towcester and Leeds, you’ll play a vital role in shaping project outcomes, ensuring accurate costings, and driving financial success.The Role: Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule between office and site visits. No two days will be the same – expect hands-on involvement across a wide variety of projects.What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing detailed project budgets and cost plans
• Conducting thorough risk and value assessments
• Collaborating daily with commercial and operational teams
• Preparing accurate, competitive quotations and tender documents
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Taking full ownership of costings for all project proposals

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar Estimator role
• Solid background in cost consultancy or main contractor projects in the UK
• Experience with refurbishment projects is highly desirable
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
