What You'll Do

?? Analyze architectural and structural drawings for estimating

?? Interpret blueprints, identify scope, and quantify labor/materials

?? Solicit and compare supplier/subcontractor pricing

?? Coordinate with project management and sales for bid alignment

?? Prepare proposals, budgets, and participate in value engineering

?? Contribute to bid reviews and project handoffs

What You Bring

?? 3+ years of experience in structural steel estimating

?? Deep understanding of fabrication/erection practices and steel pricing

??? Proficient in Tekla EPM, FabTrol, Bluebeam, or similar tools

?? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

?? Familiarity with AISC standards a plus
