The Role:• Develop detailed cost estimates for themed environments, scenic props, rockwork, and show sets.• Analyse drawings and technical documentation to identify material and labour requirements.• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure estimates are both creative and constructible.• Gather and evaluate pricing from global suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.• Suggest value engineering options to meet budget goals without sacrificing quality.• Prepare pricing breakdowns and bid documents for client proposals.• Maintain an evolving database of theming-specific materials and pricing benchmarks.• Contribute to post-bid reviews and refine estimating strategies.  �? What You’ll Bring:• Experience in scenic fabrication, themed entertainment, live events, or immersive design.• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and install techniques.• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specs.• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.  �?
