Estimator- Interior Fit Out

Location: South West London (SW15)

Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + Bonus scheme

Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate estimates
• Conducting thorough cost analysis, including materials, labor, and overheads
• Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
• Developing comprehensive project budgets and timelines
• Presenting estimates to management and clients, explaining cost breakdowns and assumptions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, particularly in CAT A interior fit-outs
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
