The Opportunity:

• Working as an Estimator
• Estimating the company’s exclusive, high end and luxurious interior finishing products for all costs and installations.
• Interpreting architectural drawings, site surveys and client specifications
• Working closely with Architects and Designers, end user clients and production partnerships following all project schedules
• Working on all projects for the residential sectors, you will ensure the client is constantly kept up to date with the project timescales.
• Working in the most prestigious region in London. You will be showroom based but the role will also entail visiting clients face to face.
• Working on sites using Auto CAD to ensure accurate measurements for pricing and ordering
• Working Monday to Friday ONLY, even with flexibility on hours and days worked!

The Successful Candidate:

• Luxury experience, this could be gained with any interior product, OR someone that is selling something at the highest level, even property!
• Strong estimating experience, site surveys, architectural drawings
• Excellent flair!
• Proven track record in Auto CAD, able to read and decipher drawings
• Confident in a face to face environment, able to manage client relationships, supplier relationships and manage all contractor/installer relationships.
• Comfortable dealing with high value items/deals
