Position: Estimating Coordinator Contract Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Full Time, 8:30am - 5pm, Office Based Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holiday, free parking, social days out, free lunch provided, office closed over Christmas period, opportunities growth

What You'll Do:As an Estimating Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our projects, bringing precision and enthusiasm to the estimating process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Track and update the progress of all tenders from enquiry to submission
• Maintain and update the central tender schedule, project tracking logs, and client contact databases
• Maintaining and updating our estimating database to reflect current costs and market trends
• Organise and minute internal and external meetings
• Liaise with other departments to share information and gather feedback related to ongoing tenders
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to estimating
• Conduct credit checks for new clients and circulate findings
• Act as the point of contact for all estimating-related administrative queries and support needs

Who You Are:We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also embodies a positive, can-do attitude! You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• A full driver's licence is required
