About the Role:You'll join an experienced and supportive team, delivering high-quality wills and estate planning services. The role is ideal for someone confident in managing their own caseload, with a client-focused approach and a desire to be part of a business that values long-term relationships and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills and related estate planning documents
- Managing incoming cases from instruction through to completion
- Providing advice and updates to clients via telephone and written communication
- Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant
- Maintaining detailed client records in line with regulatory standards
About You:
- Solid experience in will drafting and/or estate planning
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- A strong customer service ethic and ability to build client rapport
- Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering results
