Based in a 5* residential developments

Location: London (various locations)

The following duties are to be carried out, however, this list is not exhaustive as there may be other tasks which you will be required to undertake from time to time.

Daily Duties for Caretaker

• Take out and collect bins
• Sweep the entrances
• Litter-picking
• Ad hock tasks as instructed by management
• Keeping a daily log
• Correct reporting of any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints.
