Estate Operative / Cleaner - Canary Wharf- £28k (9 hour days with 1 hour paid break)

4 on 4 off - 7:30 - 7:30pmA well established high end property management company is looking for a team of Estate Operatives for a luxury residential development that is soon to openYou will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.Your duties will include

• General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
• Maintaining bin and storage areas
• General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
• Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
• Assist with all deliveries and collections for the commercial units including daily linen and food/beverage deliveries
