Estate Manager - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Estate Manager - Central London - £55k ( Dependent on Experience ) Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a building management company who deal with high end building all across london and they are looking for an Estate manager who can join one of their locations in Central London. Duties:

• Oversee daily estate operations: maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and basic security coordination
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for residents, contractors, the RTM board, and the managing agent
• Monitor and liaise on the delivery of services and compliance with managing agent
• Ensure all statutory health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and building systems are met
• Coordinate with contractors for both routine and emergency works
• Maintain accurate estate records: compliance logs, maintenance schedules, contractor registers
• Participate in estate inspections, meetings, and operational planning
• Support service transitions and help maintain positive resident engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Building/Estate management
• Proven record in coordinating contractors and managing residential buildings
• Working knowledge of building compliance, health and safety, and facilities operations
