If you're an experienced Estate Manager who is comfortable managing the A to Z of a mixed used estate for a freehold management company where the Directors are heavily involved.

You enjoy being face-to-face with the clients, tenants and occupiers, and resolving any issues and requests effectively.

Employer

The employer is a Commercial Estate Agent who are seeking an Estate Manager for their long-standing Freehold Management Client.

Their site consists of 400 residential units, and 20 plus commercial units. It's an impressive site where your days will be jam packed with refurbs, problem solving, maintenance and more.

Responsibilities

• Strong track record in managing large and complex schemes, taking a hands-on role with the ability to lead, develop and inspire a team.
• Conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a good working knowledge in building maintenance.
• Manage client relationships with the ability to utilise your knowledge, adapt your communication skills and take a proactive, tailored approach.
• You are a multi-tasker with the ability to manage large and busy operations, managing contracts and various service providers.
• You have managed a variety of major works projects from start to completion.
• You’ll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for developments.
• Comfortable keeping the directors informed and updated of tasks and word orders completed and outstanding.

Package

• £50,000+ depending on experience
• Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
• Free parking on-site if you wish to drive
• 20 days + bank holidays
• Health care
