Senior Valuer

• Annual Salary: Circa £28,000 + Commission
• Location: Local Estate Agency in Basingstoke
• Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM + two Saturdays per month)

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Senior Valuer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience as a Valuer or in a similar role within the real estate sector

As a Senior Valuer your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Engage in direct marketing and sales activities including door knocking, making phone calls, and sending emails to generate new business.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new clients and win property listings.
• Conduct property valuations and provide clients with accurate market insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance business growth.
• Manage the end-to-end process of property sales, from initial valuation to closing deals.
• Participate in local community events and other networking opportunities to promote the agency and gather market intelligence
