Estate Agent - Collins Property Recruitment : Job Details

Attention all skilled agents in the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire areas! Our esteemed client is poised for expansion and seeks a talented individual to spearhead its growth in the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire region.

Preferably at the Senior Negotiator or Associate level, boasting a proven track record in securing instructions, closing deals, and fostering a thriving sales portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Estate Agent:

• Day-to-day management of Buyers.
• Generate viewings and obtain Sales and Valuations on properties.
• You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins professionally.
• Condut viewings with prospective buyers and follow up on feedback.

As an Estate Agent, you will receive the following:

• £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
• Commission + Car Allowance
• £80,000 OTE

Required Skills:

• Experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Experience in conducting valuations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
• Proven track record in closing deals.
• It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
• An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and an awareness of the local competition.
