An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager / Valuer to lead the team at a highly respected and long-established property consultancy in Shrewsbury.

This is a key leadership role with genuine progression potential — including the opportunity to advance into a Director position for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Shrewsbury branch team
• Carry out accurate valuations and provide expert advice
• Drive new business and grow market share
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven background in estate agency, ideally in a senior/managerial role
• Strong valuation experience and local market knowledge
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and a natural leader
• NAEA or RICS membership (or working towards) desirable
