Are you an accomplished estate agency professional with a sharp eye for value and a passion for property at the top end of the market? We’re working with a leading independent agency in Southport that specialises in selling beautiful, homes — and they’re looking for a standout Valuer to join their team.

About the Role:

As Valuer, you’ll be the face of the business when it matters most. You’ll carry out market appraisals on some of the region’s most desirable homes, offering clients honest, insightful advice and winning instructions through a combination of knowledge, integrity, and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting accurate, confident property valuations

• Building lasting relationships with vendors through expertise, trust, and market knowledge

• Preparing tailored marketing strategies for premium listings

• Representing the brand with professionalism and polish at every stage

• Working closely with negotiators to ensure a seamless handover and excellent service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator in residential estate agency

• Strong knowledge of the local market

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results

• A calm, polished, and confident manner - especially in high-value client interactions

• A full UK driving licence and own car
