Estate Agent -Sales Negotiator/Progressor, Derby

Our clients are a well established, prestigious and highly respected estate agent. They have offices throughout the area and an ongoing professional reputation for giving great customer service.

Due to increased business levels, they are now looking to recruit a professional estate agent to enhance their busy sales team in Derby.

This is a dual role, sales negotiator/progressor, so would consider recruiting either an experienced sales negotiator who has carried out some sales chasing or an existing experienced sales progressor to chase the sales pipeline through to a successful completion.

The main attributes my client is looking for is the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and to enjoy working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic and proactive, who will share the brand's core values of Compassion, Commitment and Collaboration.

Duties include -

• Registering potential purchasers using the in house data base
• Arranging and accompanying viewings with purchasers
• An ability to match the ideal property to purchaser
• Following up viewings and returning feedback to vendors
• Advising clients on marketing strategies
• Negotiating offers between purchasers and vendors
• Progressing sales through to completion, liasing with solicitors, vendors and buyers.

Our client places a high importance on customer service and are looking for someone who is always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver the results.

Will pay a generous basic salary dependent on experience, with commissions for add on sales and meeting targets. Role also includes free on site parking and team bonus.
