- Annual Salary: £60,000 (on-target earnings)
- Basic Salary: £22,000 to £32,500 (dependent on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Drive growth and increase market share continuously.
- Deliver services that create 'Raving Fans'.
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
- Promote the office within the local community.
- Support and promote the maximisation of referrals across the business.
- Measure results and report on KPIs and budget performance to drive sales.
- Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team.
- Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
- Analyse and solve issues with the team and senior managers to drive deal value and results.
- Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch.
- Represent and promote the company’s core beliefs.
- Ensure Health & Safety of all colleagues and compliance with legislation and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
- Competence in monitoring and assessing performance of local competitors.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
