Estate Agency Director - Central & East LondonLocation: Central & East London (must reside within the division)Salary: Up to £70,000 basic + OTE c.£150,000Benefits: Company car or generous car allowance About the Role Our clients are seeking an ambitious Estate Agency Director to take full ownership of a high-performing division across Central & East London. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for income, profit, market share, and growth across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with oversight of Financial Services and New Homes.You'll be responsible for delivering a clear strategy, building a high-performing management team, and ensuring the division continues to dominate its market. This is a role for a proven operator who thrives on growth, innovation, and leading from the front. Key Responsibilities

• Drive listings, market share, and revenue through strong prospecting and canvassing strategies.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing divisional management team.
• Deliver on income and profit targets while ensuring compliance across all business areas.
• Champion a culture of performance, innovation, and professional pride.
• Partner with other business streams to maximise efficiency and cross-divisional success.
• Be the "face" of the division internally and externally, representing the brand with professionalism and authority.
• Retain and develop talent, ensuring succession planning and leadership pipelines are in place.
• Monitor divisional performance against targets and take proactive action where needed.

About You Our clients are looking for an inspiring leader with:

• A proven track record of success in estate agency at Director or Regional level.
• Experience managing large, geographically spread teams.
• Strong people leadership skills - able to coach, mentor, and drive performance.
• Commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
