ERP Service Delivery Manager - Marks Sattin : Job Details

Our retail client are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to come in on a permanent basis and lead the seamless delivery of the Global ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT services. focusing on proactive service management across a complex heavily integrated ecosystem.

The brand recently went live with the ERP programme in the UK and are looking for help to do the same within various locations across Europe.

- Permanent role

- Hybrid working - 3 days in central London offices

- £80,000 - £90,000 per annum dependent on experience + benefits & bonuses

The successful candidate will have:

- ITIL framework or similar IT service management qualifications

- Extensive service delivery management experience within an ERP programme

- Experience with project management methodologies

- Familiarity with service transition tools and platforms
