ERP Functional BA (intacct ERP implementation)

Contract Duration: 4-6 months (Potential for extension)

This is a private equity carve out project that requires two skilled Business Analysts to assist on a project for the rollout of a brand-new ERP system. This is an OUTSIDE IR35 contract offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of business processes.

Responsibilities:

Process Implementation Support:

• Assist in the implementation of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

Process Mapping:

• Analyze and map as-is processes in a complex and fragmented environment.

Solution Definition:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement to-be processes.

Key Requirements:

Finance Best Practice:

• Excellent knowledge of finance best practice processes.

Process Mapping:

• Extensive experience in mapping finance business processes.

Control Matrix Development:

• Detailed knowledge in the development of control matrices.

Accounting Expertise:

• Qualified accountant or detailed accounting knowledge.

ERP Process Experience:

• Detailed experience in Purchase to Pay and/or Order to Cash and Record to Report.

Availability for Travel:

• Must be available to travel in Europe/India.

ERP Systems Rollout:

• Experienced in the rollout of ERP systems.
• SAGE Inacct Knowledge (Nice to Have)
