NSTR is currently recruiting a number of ERP Business Transformation Director roles across the United States for a leading private equity backed US Consultancy firm that provides services to the office of the CFO providing clients with the expertise and support they need to navigate complex business challenges.

The ERP Implementations team partners with organisations to deliver end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, helping businesses optimise processes, enhance data management, and drive digital transformation.

Profile Overview:

• This individual will play a critical role in driving ERP implementation strategy, engaging clients, and collaborating with our Systems Integration (SI) team to deliver seamless, enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Expertise in leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• The ideal candidate will have deep ERP expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing complex implementation projects.

Salary: $200,000-$240,000 pa + Bonus + Equity
