ERP Business Systems Analyst - Sanderson : Job Details

Wiltshire (nr Chippenham)

3 days per week onsite

£65,000 - £75,000 base + benefits

Do you like turning complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions? We're looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help us take our operations to the next level.

• Acting as the go-to expert for ERP modules like Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand what the business really needs and then making it happen within the ERP.
• Leading system improvements, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
• Analysing business processes, spotting inefficiencies, and designing better ways of working.
• Writing clear, functional specs and working with tech teams to bring them to life.
• Running testing, managing UAT, and making sure everything works before go-live.
• Training users, creating helpful guides, and offering ongoing support.
• Help shape ERP best practices across the business.

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems in a similar type of role.
• A sharp eye for process improvement and a passion for making systems work better.
• Great communication skills. You'll be working with everyone from finance teams to developers.
• Someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
