Do you enjoy working with data and using it to drive real impact?Im working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a talented Employee Relations Specialist to join their team.About the Role:
- Manage a variety of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance
- Analyse ER data, trends and metrics to identify key insights
- Support employee engagement, well-being and performance initiatives
- Report directly to the Head of HR
What they're Looking For:
- Solid experience in managing complex ER cases
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Data-driven approach to identifying trends and driving improvement
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
What’s On Offer:
- Salary approx. £35-40k
