ER Specialist - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? Do you enjoy working with data and using it to drive real impact?Im working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a talented Employee Relations Specialist to join their team.About the Role: 

• Manage a variety of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance
• Analyse ER data, trends and metrics to identify key insights
• Support employee engagement, well-being and performance initiatives
• Report directly to the Head of HR

What they're Looking For:

• Solid experience in managing complex ER cases
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
• Data-driven approach to identifying trends and driving improvement
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

 What’s On Offer:

• Salary approx. £35-40k 
• Hybrid working given (but would like you on site full time)
