This position requires an efficient ER Officer who can support the Human Resources team within a top London University group. The ER Officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including employee relations, administration, sitting in on meetings, note taking and policy implementation.

Description
- Supporting the ER team with administration for ER casework.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Sitting in on, and note taking for meetings such as grievances/disciplinaries.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
Profile
A successful ER Officer should have:
- Experience in NFP or similar industry
- Exposure to ER, including best practice for case work.
- Strong note/minute taking skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated integrity and dedication to maintain confidential information
