- Manage and oversee employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace disputes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement policies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
