ER Advisor - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team within one of the UK's largest organisations? We're looking for a confident and capable ER Advisor to provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.About the Role:As an ER Advisor, you'll play a key role in managing complex employee relations cases, supporting line managers, and ensuring best practice and compliance with employment law and internal policies. You'll be part of a collaborative HR function that values continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
• Provide timely, accurate, and pragmatic advice to managers across the business.
• Support the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ER reporting and insights.

Non-negotiable:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential).
• Proven experience in employee relations case management.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider HR team
