ER Advisor - Retail Human Resources Limited : Job Details

A leading food outlet is looking to recruit an experienced ER advisor to join their already successful HR team on a fixed term contract. This exciting HR role will be the first point of call for all sites in the South of the UK holding full accountability for the for first line ER within this division.

This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who has the ability to partner with store managers and the senior leadership team and would like variety and creativity in their role - no two days are the same. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and leave a lasting legacy that could lead to a more permanent role. There will be travel across the South of the UK involved, they are based in cities across the country and you will be expected to be on site.

To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a retail background or hospitality if there is an existing understanding of the lifecycle of retail functions, roles and dynamics. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds.

The role is completely remote with the ability to join head office on occasion for meetings and the salary is up to £49,000 including your car allowance.
