We are looking for the next business development powerhouse to join our team in an exciting new entry-level role. Based in the heart of Birmingham, this position also offers the opportunity to travel internationally with the company a couple of times per year.

We are seeking a smart and confident individual to join our client-facing team. The role involves growing the client database while building and maintaining both new and existing relationships across the UK and other key international markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls. You will follow up on potential new business in a professional and positive manner, using the CRM system to effectively track and manage all interactions.

We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals who are eager to grow with the business and thrive in the exciting world of sales. Ambition is key to success in this role.
