Enterprise IT Service Designer - 6 Month contract - HybridA leading institution within the High Education sector is seeking an experienced IT Service Designer with proven project experience implementing Enterprise Service Management platforms.  This 6 month contract will have experience and knowledge in service architecture and design in the context of large enterprise, and with deep understanding and experience of service management tooling used to deliver services.The Requirements:

• Experience as IT Service Designer/Manager, Service Archtiect or similar
• Extensive knowledge in ITSM practices
• Experience of enterprise service management practice
• Knowledge of Service data models, and application within both IT and business services
• CMDB and auto-discovery
• Strong stakeholder skills and ability to facilitate workshops and design activities
• Full UK right to work; No sponsorship options available

The Overview:

• Initial 6 month contract
• Fulltime hybrid; 2 days onsite
• Up to £500p.d. Inside IR35
• Central London office
