Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be supporting a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school near Birstall in their search for a dedicated English Teacher to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, we'd love to hear from you.

• Full-time English teaching position (KS3 & KS4)

• Planning, preparing and delivering creative lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Assessing and monitoring student progress

• Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

• Participating in departmental meetings and whole-school activities

• Located near Birstall, Leicestershire

• Committed to academic excellence and staff well being

• Supportive SLT and strong English Department

• PPA time is on the timetable for a Wednesday afternoon

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Qualified Teaching Status in the UK with experience in English.
• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
