• Salary Range: MPR £36,745 - £47,666 / UPR £52,526 - £56,959

We are currently on the search for dynamic and passionate English Teachers to join various secondary schools in South East London for the September intake. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who are eager to inspire and make a significant impact on the academic journey of their students.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan and deliver compelling English lessons to students of different backgrounds and abilities, ensuring high levels of engagement and learning.
• Develop lesson plans that are in accordance with the national curriculum and tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement cross-curricular initiatives that enhance learning experiences.
• Engage with parents and guardians during meetings to discuss student achievements and areas for support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching English at the secondary level.
• In-depth knowledge of English Language and Literature.
• Proficient in classroom management.
• A strong advocate for inclusive and differentiated instruction.
