We are looking for a motivated engineering supervisor to join a market leading food manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• Multi-skilled either way, very hands on
• Lead and support fault diagnosis, PPM, and reactive repairs
• Drive process efficiency, automation, and CI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and step in as deputy to the Engineering Manager
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure CMMS compliance
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Conveyors, weighers, baggers, slicers, freezers, blenders
• Electrical fault finding and wiring
• PLC controlled machinery, fault finding required

Skills and Qualifications

• Food experience
• 5+ years out of apprenticeship
• Supervisory experience
• HND qualified
