Engineering Resource Manager

This is your opportunity to join the UK's leading subsea technology and systems manufacturer, due to an exciting period of growth and increase in projects a new Engineering Resource Manager is required for the team! You will be critical to deploying and coordinating resources whilst optimising the projects across two top-tier divisions.

?? Your role:

• Lead and allocate resources (people, budgets and equipment) across engineering and technology whilst increasing the optimisation and standards of project delivery.
• Identify, manage and evaluate established or potential strategic partnerships to strengthen and ensure alignment for mutual success.
• Plan and deliver at a strategic level, by collaborating and leveraging roadmaps and business planning cycles.
• Remain engaged with stakeholders of all levels and ensure an open dialogue to ensure transparency and effective results are delivered.
• Establish an oversight and monitor performance of resource and partnership allocations.

�? What you'll need:

• Hold a degree in Engineering or Science field.
• Hold 5 years or more experience in a similarly aligned role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Skilled in Resource and Operational planning.
• Be a confident and collaborative leader.
• An analytical mindset with proactive skills to problem-solving.
