Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the site-based Engineering Team and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire the Site Engineering Team to deliver world-class performance.
• Ensure all plant and machinery are maintained to the highest standards through a robust Preventive Maintenance System.
• Maintain the internal and external fabric of the site to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
• Guarantee full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and all relevant legislation, customer codes of practice, and accreditation standards.
• Analyse downtime and equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective preventive actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement projects to boost plant performance, reduce waste and energy usage, and increase output.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for the Engineering Team to ensure a skilled, safety-conscious workforce.
• Manage contractors on-site, ensuring full compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Take ownership of Capital Projects from concept to completion.
