Job Title: Engagement and Employability CoachLocation: Mid KentJob Type:Full time/permanent Salary: £26,398 - £30,327 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an Engagement and Employability Coach to join our client. As an Engagement and Employability Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in developing their skills, confidence, and employability to help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to individuals to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development
• Develop personalised career plans and strategies to help individuals enhance their employability
• Conduct workshops and group coaching sessions on topics such as CV writing, interview skills, networking, and job search strategies
• Collaborate with employers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for individuals to gain work experience and employment
• Support individuals in building their professional network and connecting them to relevant resources and opportunities
• Monitor and track individual's progress towards their career goals and provide ongoing support and guidance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in career coaching, employability support, or related field
• Strong understanding of career development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Certification in career coaching or related field is a plus
