Enforcement AgentLocation: BournemouthSalary: £24,500 to £28,500 (depending on experience)  + uncapped commissionWorking hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.Are you a motivated and proactive individual looking for a stable and rewarding career in enforcement? About the RoleAs a Enforcement Agent, you will:

• Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders
• Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans
• Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.
• Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services
• Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements
• Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
