Sustainability & Energy Consultant

Cardiff (One day a week)

£35,000 - £45,000

Are you a passionate Sustainability Consultant looking for a exciting opportunity to work on meaningful, future-focused projects?

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our client's sustainability team, with the ability to attend their Cardiff office one day per week. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, providing expert guidance to ensure compliance with energy performance standards and drive low-carbon design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out SAP Calculations and SBEM Assessments to support Building Regulation compliance
• Contribute to sustainability strategies for new developments
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to deliver energy-efficient solutions
• Generate accurate, high-quality reports and assessments

What We're Looking For:

? Demonstrated experience in SAP Calculations and SBEM? A good understanding of UK Building Regulations? Based within a commutable distance to Cardiff? Strong communication and reporting skills

Desirable (but not essential):? Experience with Energy Statements? Proficiency in IES VE or other dynamic simulation tools? BREEAM knowledge or similar accreditations
