£101.40 per day | Term Time Only | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with complex needs? We’re seeking a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in the Maidenhead area.

You’ll be supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19 with:

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Physical disabilities
• Verbal and non-verbal communication needs
• Cognitive delays and developmental challenges

No classroom experience required. If you’ve worked in care, support work, or personal care, your skills are highly transferable. This role is perfect for anyone exploring a future in:

• Speech and Language Therapy
• Cognitive or Behavioural Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Play Therapy

Driving or access to transport is strongly recommended due to the school’s location.
