• Provide expert guidance on all aspects of employment tax compliance and planning.
• Interpret complex tax laws and regulations, ensuring our client's tax strategies are both compliant and optimised.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering proactive advice to minimise employment tax risks and liabilities.
• Team Leadership

• Industry Knowledge

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employment tax or related tax advisory roles.
• Certified Tax Professional (e.g., CTA, ATT, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, specifically related to employment taxes.
