Employment Solicitor (3-6 years')This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a market-leading employment team in Edinburgh or Glasgow, advising on a broad range of complex and high-profile matters for national and international clients.
You’ll be working alongside supportive colleagues who are passionate about what they do and committed to delivering practical, commercial advice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including:
- Day-to-day HR and employment law support
- Employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation
- Corporate support including business transfers and outsourcing
- TUPE, restructurings and industrial relations
- Workplace investigations, including regulatory matters
- Strategic compliance and multi-jurisdictional projects
You will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE in employment law
- Have experience in both contentious and non-contentious work
- Possess strong technical skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adopt a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
