This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow your career with a progressive and supportive employer. The Role As part of a Legal 500-ranked team, you'll handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both respondent and claimant clients. You'll support senior colleagues on complex cases, while also running your own caseload and building strong client relationships. What You'll Be Doing
  • Advising on the full spectrum of employment law issues
  • Running a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing high-quality legal documentation
  • Managing deadlines with excellent attention to detail and file management
  • Delivering outstanding client care and clear, practical advice
  • Getting involved in business development and networking events to help grow the team's profile
What We're Looking For
  • Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE, with solid employment law experience
  • Exposure to both respondent and claimant work
  • Commercially minded, organised, and confident under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build client trust
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to contribute to the team's success
