A prestigious law firm based in central Leeds is looking to expand its Employment team with the appointment of a motivated and ambitious Employment Solicitor, ideally around 1/2PQE but applications are welcomed at all levels. This is a superb opportunity to work directly alongside the Head of Department, gaining exposure to high-quality work and expert mentorship from a highly experienced team.

This position is ideal for a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of six months’ experience in employment law—particularly claimant work—and a strong understanding of the Employment Tribunal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload under supervision
• Handling matters at all stages, from initial client instruction to final resolution and file closure
• Preparing documentation and maintaining case files in line with internal procedures
• Billing files and managing payments from clients and third parties
• Responding to client queries professionally and promptly
• Supporting other fee earners within the Employment team as required
