Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid Working) (Part-Time available/optional)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Employment Solicitor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Join a well-established and respected Private practice in Horsham, where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and rewarded. You will be the sole Employment Solicitor working in a wider Litigation Team. 

The Role:

This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive and experienced team, working on a wide range of Employment law matters. A keen interest in the Horsham area and a commitment to growing and developing professionally are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Employment law matters ( 5+ years PQE ) with efficiency and attention to detail
• Delivering high-quality client care and maintaining the highest professional standards
• Contributing to the team’s continued growth and reputation in the local market

About You:

You will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with experience in Employment law (5 + PQE )
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
• Show a proactive attitude and a passion for personal and professional development
• Be highly organised and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
