An established law firm based in Newcastle is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to join its growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of employment law, including contracts, disputes, discrimination and tribunal work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment contracts, disciplinary & grievance procedures, redundancies and workplace disputes
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal hearings and negotiations
- Draft and review employment policies and settlement agreements
- Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with proven experience in employment law
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent client service and organisational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy legal team
