A respected regional firm with an outstanding reputation in employment law is looking to expand its growing team with a dedicated Employment Solicitor. With a mix of contentious and non-contentious work and a strong commitment to development and mentoring.

The role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting employer clients across a varied caseload, including:
• Advising on tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancies, and settlement agreements• Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies• Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters• Instructing counsel and drafting tribunal documents• Getting involved in business development, seminars, and article writing• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s future growth
What they’re looking for:
• A qualified solicitor with around 3-5 years’ PQE in employment law• Someone who enjoys both the advisory and litigious sides of employment law• A collaborative, approachable personality• Someone excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a developing department
