Employment Solicitor – 2–5 PQELocation: LeicesterSalary: Competitive + Excellent BenefitsHybrid Working | National Firm | Supportive Team Culture I’m currently working with a well-established national law firm that is looking to grow its Employment team with the addition of an ambitious Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) in its Leicester office. Whether you're looking for a clearer route to progression, broader client exposure, or a genuinely flexible working arrangement—this role ticks all the boxes. What you’ll be doing:
  • Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements.
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings.
  • Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors.
  • Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness.
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
  • Contributing to internal know-how, legal updates, and client training sessions.

  • A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' experience in employment law.
  • Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
