The Firm

Our client is a leading London Law firm who is recognised as top tier by the legal directories in multiple of their specialist practice areas.

They regularly advise international, national companies and UHNW individuals on complex, and multi-jurisdictional matters.

The Opportunity

For this role, our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to advise both employers and individuals on their contentious and non-contentious work.

This exciting opportunity will involve:

• Employment & discrimination law
• Employment contracts, policies and internal procedures
• Employee relations matters
• Employment tribunal litigation
• Partner exits
• Consultancy arrangements
• Restrictive covenants
• Termination of employment and settlement agreements
• Whistle blowing
• Employment aspects of business re-organisations & corporate transactions

Requirements

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years' PQE
• Experience in advising Employers and Individuals
• Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law
