- Solid experience in employment law, particularly around discrimination and tribunal work
- Confidence in advising on redundancies, restructures, dismissals, and TUPE transfers
- Strong client-handling skills – comfortable leading meetings and negotiations
- Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and providing commercial, practical legal advice
- A track record of supervising junior team members or contributing to their development
Preferred qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law and recent developments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
